1. Who provides the product
Poster Booster is independently developed by Pengbo Qin, an individual developer based in mainland China. Questions may be sent to support@egretiva.com.
2. Intended use
Poster Booster is a macOS listing-preparation and browser-assistance tool. It works with titles, images and accounts you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the content you supply and for reviewing and completing any save or publication action.
3. Platform permissions
The product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alibaba. Use it only where permitted by the third-party platform and your account permissions. Do not use it to bypass verification, obtain unauthorized data, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
4. Planned license and price
The planned launch price is US$4.99 as a one-time purchase, without automatic renewal. The license covers one user with one Mac activated at a time. You may deactivate a previous Mac and transfer the license to a replacement. The purchased major version and its maintenance updates are included; future major upgrades may be separately priced. Do not share or resell an individual license. System requirements and delivery and activation instructions will be provided before checkout opens.
5. Payments and refunds
If approved, Paddle will act as Merchant of Record for purchases made through its checkout. Payment terms presented at checkout and mandatory consumer rights apply. The refund policy explains the intended request process.
6. Availability and changes
Third-party interfaces and platform requirements can change and may affect assistance features. We will describe material compatibility limits before purchase. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
